   Clear snow and ice at premium commercial properties so walkways, entrances, and lots stay safe and accessible.

   Handle manual snow removal

   Do hands-on work like shoveling and de-icing; stay physically active throughout extended shifts.

   Be storm-ready on short notice

   Use the 72/48/24-hour advance notice system to confirm availability and commit to shifts during snow events, including overnights.

   Work extended/overnight shifts

   When storms hit, jump in for long shifts—guaranteed 8–10 hours with potential overtime.

   Prioritize safety and professionalism

   Use provided PPE, follow safety protocols, and keep a drug- and alcohol-free, professional attitude.

   Arrive reliably to job sites

   Use your own transportation to reach assigned locations in the Long Island, NY area on time and ready to work.

What you bring

• You're physically fit and up for manual snow removal (shoveling, de-icing) through long shifts.
• You have reliable transportation to reach Long Island, NY-area job sites on time.
• You bring a professional attitude and a safety-first mindset; you'll use provided PPE and follow protocols.
• You can pass a background check (required).
• You stay drug- and alcohol-free; zero-tolerance policy applies.
• You're available on short notice and comfortable with the 72/48/24 advance-notice system.
• You're willing to work extended hours, including possible overnight shifts during storms.
