   Work within a professional setup: 72-hour advance notice, 48-hour confirmation, and 24-hour commitment.

   Route execution and time management

   Take first-choice routes/shifts when available and complete them efficiently during storm windows.

   Pre/post-storm checks

   Inspect equipment, verify readiness, and perform basic maintenance before and after each event.

   Apply de-icing materials

   Spread salt and other materials to ensure safe surfaces according to site requirements.

   Communicate with dispatch

   Confirm availability, report progress, and log hours accurately for payment (holiday/overtime potential).

   Uphold safety and professionalism

   Maintain a drug/alcohol-free work standard, drive responsibly, and interact professionally with clients.
