Use AI tools in recruiting
Use modern AI tools and automation to support the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to shortlisting and communication with candidates.
Analyse profiles and match candidates
Evaluate CVs, online profiles and application data and match them with open roles based on skill, cultural fit and client requirements.
Source talent proactively
Search actively for talent on different platforms, build talent pools and keep a structured overview of suitable candidates for current and future roles.
Support selection and hiring decisions
Prepare shortlists, pre-screen candidates and deliver clear recommendations and insights to hiring managers to support their hiring decisions.
Continuously improve recruiting processes
Test and refine AI-based recruiting methods, optimise internal processes and share learnings with others to make the recruiting setup more efficient and candidate-friendly.
What you bring
Professional background in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in social recruiting or AI-supported recruiting environments
Practical experience using modern AI tools and automation in the full recruiting lifecycle (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, candidate communication)
Strong analytical skills to evaluate CVs, online profiles and application data and to match candidates to roles based on skills, cultural fit and client requirements
Ability to proactively source candidates across different platforms, build and maintain talent pools, and keep a structured overview of suitable candidates
Continuous improvement mindset with the willingness to test and refine AI-based recruiting methods and optimise internal processes for efficiency and candidate friendliness
